What does Amélia white does when characters have pasives (hades, Aladin, Jessie, gonzo, queen of hearts,…) or the blue is a counter or activated by %hp(launchpad, Stich, basil, bo peep,…) or just unique like genie, li chang, madim min, Barbosa?
And also in terms of the disk with Capitan hook how do some of this blue skills of the previous paragraph enhanced

It does nothing on skills that don’t have a cooldown.
And Hook disk increases damage, so if the skill doesn’t deal any, it’s not affected
