Carl is a 
Back-line “Damage” hero. He will be in the Elite Campaign on Servers 1-17!
Description: Despite being an elderly person, he can rack up damage a lot with the help of his new dog, Doug.
Quote: “I didn’t ask for any of this!”
Victory: Doug comes by his side and Carl pets him.
Defeat: He tries to swing his cane up, but his back breaks.
Passive Skill: Carl swings his cane at his enemies, dealing X basic damage.
Skills
White Skill- House Rampage
Carl’s flying house flies in across the battlefield pushing enemies back. It deals X damage and stuns them for 7 seconds.
The stun is reduced for enemies over level Y. (Fantastic Damage)
Green Skill- Ball Toss
Carl tosses 3 balls towards the enemies that are the farthest from him. This deals X damage. (Fantastic Damage)
After this happens, Doug runs up to collect one of the balls. This gives Carl H health and E energy.
Blue Skill- Hearing Aid
Carl tries to fix his hearing aid. During this, the 3 enemies that are closest to him will become silenced for 10 seconds.
Purple Skill- Ellie Badge
All allies on his team have 25% more max HP and 50% health regeneration.
Red Skill- Colorful Balloons (Servers 1 and 2 only)
At the beginning of the wave, Carl grants his allies X damage. This can be stacked for each wave Carl survives.

Energy and health from “Ball Toss” is increased for each star he has in his disk
