Phil, or philotecetes is a backline support who trained all kinds of rookies.
“2 words i am retired”
White: train the Rookies
Passively, phil presence inspires his allies granting them X basic damage and Y skill power and 20% attack speed for the first 10 seconds of combat.
Actively, phil’s face turns red and he charges into an enemy dealing true damage and stunning them for 4 seconds.
Green: pushing that envelope
Phil grants himself a shield for X hp for 6 seconds
Blue: a lot of “yuses”
Phil gains X basic damage for every hero on the field.
Purple: it’s up to you
Whenever phil Dies he grants his allies invincibility for 6 seconds and X Basic damage

Yax, mystic anger
Level 103
inspiring grants more attack speed Phil’s inspiration grants allies 5% × S more attack speed
Hercules one last hope
Level 97
Phil grants allies tooned up phil grants allies tooned up for 20% × S of the duration of the inspiration.

Huh I was thinking of the right character.
A better quote would prolly be the name of Violet’s friendship.
“What, you ain’t never seen a satyr before?”
Or, “Two words: I am retired.”
as for his second friendship, I feel it would make more sense to have a friendship with Quorra or Merida. He tries to flirt with them and they want nothing to do with him. Name could be: I’m real too! 
Or potentially one with Yax. Yax helps him get control of his angry while also trying to figure out what exactly Phil is as he appears to be part animal and part human. Name could be: Mystic Anger.
Obviously there are other characters too but this is my two favorite.
The one other thing is the green skill.
Y seconds? How much time is this adding? Cuz at lvl 105 if it adds one second or even just a quarter of a second, then he grants them a shield that lasts for over 25 seconds!!
