What does the letter C mean for on Mike Wazowski’s character portrait when I am in city watch? And why is this information so hard to find?

It means that Mike Wazowski is progressing in a Collection Tier, specifically in the Damage and Stun Collection.
What I can tell you is that you should keep using Mike Wazowski in City Watch, Surge, or Invasion Breaker Quests until you don’t see the C anymore.

The information on the “c” was in the patch notes from 2 weeks ago.
