I don’t no if this is from bug forum or feedback but anyway Shan Yu from mulan is not in my Server (22) was watching videos and came across it. Was he like a limited time offer or something?
They just aren’t in your server yet
Different servers have different amounts of heroes, Servers 1-7 I think it is, have all the heroes while other servers have less heroes, but he will arrive at your server eventually.
If you do not wish to wait, you may have to move to another server.
I don’t understand all 3 new hero’s they recently added are in my Server.
If you have evil queen, Shan yu, and baloo on your server and referring to them… these toons are Only found in rare dropped usually lasting only a day and don’t see them for a period of time exclusive crates. So possibility you didn’t have enough exclusive crate currency (city watch, diamonds, and coliseum respectively) or just wasn’t on the game for the day they were being offered.
