I cannot think of any disney movies taking place in Africa…except for Tarzan and the Lion King…

Technically speaking, he is a Disney character, since Blue Sky is owned by Fox, which is owned by Disney. But I know that only WDAS, Pixar, and Disney’s live action stuff will make it into the game.
No, none of that stuff will be added to DHBM. The heroes added into the game have to be directly owned by Disney or Pixar. Disney doesn’t directly own Blue Sky Studios, they own it through Fox Studios
