Personally would love if all older toons /struggling toons compared to new meta ones got the rightful attention that all deserve equally and at same time. Feel this more important then new badges/color ranks. But that’s my opinion.

What’s the big panic with Kim?! She’s fine as she is in my opinion, and Anger could use a stronger refresh.

…she’s weak and her skillset could use a buff. Her only uses are her Joy disk. She can’t provide much of anything else.
Meanwhile Anger can deal massive damage with his basic attacks.

And you still can counter hard her Joy disk by using some heroes. Other disk has no use.
