its not bad its just a hero refresh 
maybe whoever gets it mite get a upgrade before it comes back but its not done yet!
Iām just pointing out the remarks that the buff is useless. Itās not. Itās good buff. Is it enough. Maybe not really since mods is needed to make him good compared to the new recent heroes who are great even without mods.
But the decision to buff him is not useless. His stats still needs improvement in some ways. And yes his skill set still lacking compared to recent new heroes

He got a refresh? From what I had learned from a friend, heād donāt get a refresh, he had got demoted because he was too powerful. Now, heās a one str. Back then, he used to be a three star. Though, Iām not sure of this is correct, but the person that told me I trust. So maybe. But when did he get a refresh?
