probably these players don’t have the newest strong heros, they are using mostly old ones

I only believe that Ralph’s damage is poor, not his skillset. His stun duration on his white skill needs improvement, sure, same thing with his silence duration, but people still use him. People use him to stun enemies, not the damage.

Heroes are given a hero refresh not just to make them powerful, but to make them reliable in their early rarities (P4 below). In Ralph’s case, it may be true that he’s strong as he approaches near the red rank. But we can’t deny that he’s almost a trash during purple, and gets better once reaching the orange (because he’s equipped with much better badges). It’s the same with Stitch, Jack Skellington, Jessie, Rex, and Genie. They may be better upon reaching orange rank, but we all know they’re not good in P4 below. Only in some situations but they’re not the kind of heroes that we can rely on most of the time.
I get the feeling that it would be easier for the new players to get the Goofy-Jessie disk if PB would grant the refresh on Jessie.

Many players’ teams (especially top players’) are not diverse and very similar, with either one or two different heroes
Of course you don’t need to agree with everyone, but the point is just because someone use a character don’t mean this character is good, there is a guy in Challengers on sv1 using Nick, this means Nick is good and don’t need a refresh in his kit? No, but at least you can use Nick in invasion and CW, and about Ralph, “People use Ralph to stun enemies not the damage” but that’s not right because characters who can stun a lot like Maleficient, Gaston and Piggy can still do good damage(specially Piggy) so why Ralph can’t? His white do 14k damage at max level and 3 seconds stun, in a era with Piggy and Anger immune to every control, Joy cleaning controls, Randall and Peter with a lot of evasion, and in a era where characters are dealing absurds amount of damage, so no, just stun is not enough, every person that use Ralph is using a bad character, that have 220k hp where new characters have 600k, do 14k damage in a white skill where new characters have skills dealing 200k+ damage, and about the stun and silence, Robin can stun for 20 seconds with Merida disk and no one use him in challengers, just stun is not enough anymore, so even if Ralph’s controls last more seconds he still bad.

Ralph can be utilized and be effective with the proper people. I enjoy Ralph with the Jack Sparrow disk and use him with teams that deal Stuns (Felix, Huey/d/l, Maleficent, Gaston) so that he gets MAX HP regeneration along with disabling the enemy group. Pair with a high damaging hero like Merida or Peter Pan

Okay so a quick opinion from Server 1 here -
Jack skellington is fine on our server as serving his purpose, he is by far not the best and not currently being used in arena/coliseum but it doesn’t dissuade from the fact he is useful in comparison to all these. The reason I would presume Polaris included him on this list was because he likely still doesn’t live up to maximum potential on other servers Again I’m not stating he is bad
Stitch is handy and great for the invasion, he’s also super useful against Piggy. A refresh isn’t required on our server particularly but again I would imagine Polaris and the team are not going to segregate one server from the rest.
Rex unfortunately has the potential to be useful but has never been particularly useful. His ability to do damage to shielded enemies a great idea, however he may as well just load in to be sacrificed straight away. He does not have nearly enough Reality, Armour, HP etc - His disk for damage reduction pet damage ally could be potentially useful if the stat issues and skill damage issues were corrected.
Genie again another unfortunate soul that may as well still be in the cave of wonders unless you have his vacation outfit. He can’t heal himself so he needs support which defeats the object really. He classes as support however his primary role is to keep people alive. The Elsa disk for freezing is just silly if anything make it so it reduces enemies attack speed by 10% per rank for 5 seconds or something. If his healing was improved and had a way to protect himself Stat boosts are already required here also in genera shields nowadays really don’t serve much purpose could it not be changed instead of a shield from Mike equal to his skill power, genie now removes 1 buff from each character per star upon using his third wish? This would make genie relatively competitive to a lot of current teams on Server 1.
Jessie STATS/DAMAGE etc it’s the same as most of the others at this point. Jessie used to be absolutely fantastic and she was hammered and nerfed and never recovered from it. A lot of her skills are nowadays completely overshadowed and she’s just not used period. Except for raiding in the surge?
Apologies this went on and it is not intended as a rant. This is from my perspective on Server 1. At this point refreshes to the above characters would need to be implemented not just the one that gets selected. I hope you take this information into consideration @Polaris as I know yourself and the team take feedback onboard. Things get stagnant when the new characters come out and teams get formed that can’t really be beaten. Major improvements to old disks & skills of original characters have the potential to spice things up on server 1 
On an unrelated side note… can we please get the sandy claws outfit for Jack before Christmas 2020

Felix’s refresh is a very good move. If you think it’s bad clearly you never work on him or with him.
After Felix’s buff, he’s basically become an addition to a character that can counter Randall, more specifically against one with Gaston disc. Felix’s buff on Frozone disc what makes him great. With the right mods he can tank quite well. With Meg, he’s basically a pain in the ass.
Above is the stats of my Felix. I’ve been working on him waaaay long before refresh, he was basically useless.
After refresh, I always use him with Meg against team with Randall (Ga). Even in defense, especially arena, he can be a pain cause his Frozone disc can basically win a defense by time.
So you’re dead wrong thinking his buff is useless lol
