I also added dates when challenger reward heroes are effective from, as it is usually a few weeks before they are available which affects the time available as reward

Quick summary of the three rotation groups:
Prize wall exclusive → Event exclusive crate → VIP Crate → Diamon Crate / Elite campaign
Sign in hero → Contest reward → Guild Crate → Arena Token event crate → possibly then rotate to Guild war shop - need more data points to conclude
Heroes given as Challenger rewards, Coliseum event crates and City watch event crate are not in the new rotation yet, will update after each patch notes

Barley Lightfoot is due for a rotation soon, being event exclusive almost as long as Baloo at the moment.
