City Watch Easy Mode = Impossible

Hello, I want to complain about City Watch

I am new player
I only have 1 yellow toon which is prize wall toon “Meilin” and the rest is orange, purple toon

my total power with around 50 toons is only 27M

But eventhough I use “easy” Mode on City Watch, I still face overpowered enemy line, this one for example, 1 line is 18M with

  • full yellow toon
  • full mod
  • full disk power and stars
  • full battle badge stage 6

There is no way I can beat that line using my low power toon and I can’t finished City Watch for sure

So “easy” Mode didn’t representative its meaning, it should be very easy to finished, please consider this problem

this is the problem!

City Watch scales it’s teams based on your Team Power, which is the combined power of your top 5 heroes. That yellow Meilin is tipping your TP far beyond what the rest of your heroes can defeat.

For CW, and indeed most other game mode, it’s very helpful to have at least 5-10 heroes at or around the same rank as your best.

Difficulty has no real bearing on the lineups themselves–only the perks and debuffs imposed upon you.

I agree with the OP. I have 30 some odd yellow characters from 20-45 million power each. I still can’t make it past the third district. The scaling makes it impossible.

What you could still do is clear heroes from Disks and Mods, cause that takes away power so that your top 5 is less powerfull.

For me it helps to make CW easier.

And also, try to get your energy filled for as much heroes as possible in earlier stages, so that you can use them in later stages.

In terms of City Watch Wall-E might be a good option to have as Wall-E with the Kevin Flynn disk can let you store 2 White skill activations, so like if you use a backup if needed.

I personally use Wall-E myself for help in City Watch :-).

That said, it still depends on what characters you use as some characters unfortunately aren’t good these days.

Characters from 2018 or 2019 that haven’t gotten any refreshes are unlikely to be good these days, or they are Support characters that still are relevant due to their skills/disks like Meg and her Shank disk.

So yeah, recommend considering these things :-).
