This has happened to me several times while playing City Watch. Has anyone else experienced this and/or have an explanation?
Hey, I’m not complaining. Whatever gets me through city watch faster. Besides, it’s on easy, so it’s to be expected to run into weak enemies like this.

AFAIK the enemy team algorithm is still exactly the same for every difficulty of CW 
I wouldn’t say this here is a ‘bug’ particularly, just a rare case where the most suitable opponent power found in Coliseum happens to be a team composed of white heroes
