City watch on hard mode

I remember clicking normal mode but why is it hard?

Uh…Normal gives you health and energy regen at the end of each successful battle. Hard heist does not give you this bonus…that is the only difference.

I clicked normal mode. They gave me an enemy way much higher level than i am. And its only on the first tier

Oh is that all…that happens alotnin city watch. It uses your top five characters stats.

There is no difference whatsoever in the lineups you face between Normal and Hard mode. David’s first comment sums up the difference.
