After fighting a team of level 116 heroes, I’m faced with a team of level 128 heroes? Then right after that another team of level 108 heroes. This is so ridiculously hard for a server with maximum team level 80. Such a waste of time. All skills don’t make any impact on the enemy team as they’re much higher level. And why does their sulley heal 50k hp when it is only skill 73? Something is definitely wrong with city watch. It’s not even hard tbh, it’s impossible.

Same on S2, and it’s a well know issue Perblue don’t seem to want to fix - I faced level 154s earlier, that’s pretty much double my level I go into these fights knowing what’s coming, with 20 fully charged heroes, yet sometimes it’s still impossible to take a team down. Today I got lucky cos there wasn’t a Sulley (a level 150 Sulley just won’t die no matter what you throw at it, just gets close to dying and then heals) but I probably win 3/7 CWs a week now. And this is on normal I hasten to add, wouldn’t be so bad on hard, but level 154s when the level cap is 80? Absolutely laughable.
Just managed to kill the Ralph on the enemy team. Closed the game and came back few hours later and the enemy team’s health and power is reset?! Means my heroes were wasted and the enemy Ralph was revived. Whole load of bull.
The levels and difficulty are the exact same on normal and hard, the only difference is the lack of regeneration on hard
Yes, the scaling of match making is silly and will continue to get worse as we get more heroes.
The key to finish it is to charge up alot of heroes to keep in reserve for the last fights. Especially heroes that have skills not dependent on level.
Fighting lvl 180 in my last fight and still able to win.
It’s tedious, frustrating and boring though.
I wouldn’t be surprised if someone was Team level 15 going against Level 70, purple heroes
They should make difficulties to choose from and not an “ you get higher we get more autimatically difficult“ play mode

Hopefully the update will bring improvement to city watch, and I really hope they listen.
Several of my guild have sent tickets on this and we were told it’s working as intended. Gotta keep us from getting those chips I guess.
How do you expect me to fight against these two? They just keep healing and shielding. It was hard enough to get rid of the baymax and Calhoun w violet chip. Their skill effects don’t even match the skill level description for players. Look at sulley healing 23k hp when my sulley at LV 81 healing laughter only heals 18k and his is LV 55. This is so bad I don’t even know whether I should laugh or not.
