This has happened more than once, I had 4 CW resets after collecting rewards from arena/coli. I completed epic CW, went to reset it to run it again and nothing happened, I tried to reset again and still nothing, I reset my game only to find I only had one CW reset left.

This probably has to do with the maximum of resets you can ‘bank’ (which is two if your guild upgraded it, otherwise it is only one).
As far as I know PB has been working on it, so that the rewards from Coli and Arena are not in vane, but I’m not sure what the progress is. @Polaris any updates on this front?

i would guess that it probably lagged when you tried to reset it the first few times, and it did actually use the reset it was just taking a long time to display. I’ve had this many times recently when resetting CW, there’s definitely some kind of bug causing such lag

Had the same issue, that was probably just lagging. I left the CW and returned to it after the reset, and everything was fine.
I’ve also had the same lag. I contacted support and they were able to give me back the reset and keys that were lost.

I had the same, contacted support and they gave me an extra reset. Said it was due to network lag.
