Just for comprension: “at least one variable each” means that we should show for each ability what is the variability, what it change by power up this ability?

It’s just a part of a skill that is increased statistically when the skill level is upgraded.

No Yzma or Madam Mim concepts. If Captain Hook is added before the submission posts have been opened, I’ll outlaw him too. But if he was added after the posts have opened or during the judging period, we of course wouldn’t disqualify any Captain Hook concepts!
