The unlikely entry still needs quite a lot of work, so I thought I’d submit them separately this time. Anyway, enjoy! 
Ludo

“Distracted? Excellent! This is the moment I’ve been waiting for. No one’s at their best when they’re… distracted!”
Ludo joins the fight alongside his loyal minions, Bald Eagle and Giant Spider, and casts spells with his dark wand with one objective in mind: conquering the universe!
Ludo is a mid-line control hero

ANIMATIONS
Entrance: A portal opens at Ludo’s position and he walks out of it with an evil smile.
Victory: Ludo wears a crown, smiles and strokes his beard.
Defeat: Ludo makes an annoyed face, opens another portal with his dimensional scissors and walks out of it.
Basic Attack: Ludo shoots a beam at the closest enemy with his wand.
SKILLS
White Skill: Magic of the Dark Wand
Fantastic Damage
Ludo casts a dark spell that pierces through all enemies. When hit by this spell, enemies are dealt X damage and have Darkness applied to them for 10 seconds.
Enemies with Darkness take 4% of their Max HP as fantastic damage whenever they deal damage to Ludo or an ally. This effect can be triggered up to once per second per enemy.
Applying Darkness has a chance to fail against enemies above level Z.
Green Skill: Horrific Laugh
Ludo does an evil laugh that scares all enemies for 12 seconds and disables all their damage reductions for 6 seconds.
Enemies scared by this skill also lose Z Skill Power while they’re scared.
This skill has a chance to fail against enemies above level Z.
Blue Skill: Nefarious Minions
Fantastic Damage
Ludo commands his minions, Giant Spider and Bald Eagle, to attack enemies.
The spider jumps on nearby enemies in an area, scaring them for 9 seconds and dealing X damage. Then the eagle flies through all enemies, dealing Y damage and, if they are scared, stunning them for 7 seconds.
Purple Skill: Small but Evil
If enemies are scared when they take damage from “Magic of the Dark Wand”, they have 4 stacks of Panic applied to them for 10 seconds.
Each stack of Panic an enemy has increases all damage taken while scared by 20%. Enemies cannot have more than 5 stacks of Panic on them at the same time.
Applying stacks of Panic has a chance to fail against enemies above level Z.
Red Skill: King of the Dark Castle
Ludo and his allies gain Z Skill Power and heal for X HP per second per enemy currently scared.
When scared enemies take damage from Darkness, they lose 125 energy.
Once every 2 seconds, when a scared enemy deals damage to Ludo, they lose 70% attack and movement speed for 6 seconds.
The energy removal and slow have a chance to fail against enemies above level Z.
