I am having trouble connecting to the game . It keeps going to a server down screen.

Check your internet connection. If it is an outside WiFi, the speed may change. If it is at home, the connection may be weak. If you have a WiFi router, check your connection

I heard somewhere that the servers usually go down for their weekly down time at a certain point every Tuesday. You should be able to log in now.
It happens every Tuesday because the game updates and after it’s done you will sometimes see a new character or something new but if it’s just big fixes you won’t see anything
