Is the server down?
I can’t access the game.
I tried it many times with different internet connection but the system said “content update failed”
Can someone answer if the server is down?

The servers are not down yet, that will be in about 9 hours time. So for now it still probably is your internet connection. Maybe cache is the problem as well, I dunno.
But servers are not down, so it is probably on your end…

I keep on opening it since yesterday but im stuck on the loading screen and says content update failed.
I try to clear cache the app and even uninstall the app.
My internet connection was also stable

I swear that other online games work well and I also reinstalled the app. The issue is still there on my end as well. I can’t get through.
There appears to be an issue causing this and we are hoping to get a fix in with today’s update.

Unfortunately, the more we looked into it the more it is not an issue on our side, but with a specific network signal getting lost so we won’t be able to resolve this on our end and will just need to wait for it to resolve itself.

Please check, I am in the Philippines and my son is upset that his favorite game is not working.

Not sure what network signal is that. We used wifi at home, mobile data, other ISPs, different locations where internet is faster, etc. Nothing works.

To add to what i posted, this happened after the last update.
From the dev team that looked into the issue: “Some router somewhere on the internet failed or got messed up, and some players connections to our content delivery network are trying to go through that router and getting lost.”

Which last update as this only started yesterday with multiple people in our logs?
I would not know, i tried to install the game and it happens also. My kid’s hesitant to clear data since it may remove his progress but claims that it happens after his update.

Any progress on this? I thought the update resolved the issue, i even got in-game notice that this was fixed. Apparently it is happening again.
