Which last update as this only started yesterday with multiple people in our logs?
I would not know, i tried to install the game and it happens also. My kid’s hesitant to clear data since it may remove his progress but claims that it happens after his update.

Any progress on this? I thought the update resolved the issue, i even got in-game notice that this was fixed. Apparently it is happening again.

Is it not fixed yet? I’m already behind for the contest and I also have to achieve the level cap get that 5k diamonds in the prize wall. How am I supposed to get it when I only have like what? 2 days left to grind?
I have not been able to play the game for 2 days. I’ve been getting content update failed every time I try to open the app. lt’s frustraing since it was resolved once but why does this keep happening?

Unfortunately, this issue is not on our end and appears to be an issue with a connection failure. We have contacted our CDN support to see what is going on on their end.
Better make it quick… I’m literally a quest away from getting 5000 diamonds from the prize wall also falling behind in this contest.

Looks like playing this game will be on hold due to “non-serviceable” locations of CDN’s
Game is back on, sadly since this is supposedly not PerBlue"s fault, i dont get compensation for the missed stamina, xp, gems, etc. Masterful move pointing blame towards the CDN support.
