I don’t get the logic behind including limited attempts for points this low. 15 city watch battles with 3 specific heroes seems like a lot of work for a measley ~33k points.
IMO they should reward enough points to at least reach the 1st tier of rewards for people who don’t have tons of stamina and diamonds saved up.
It is honestly a tick box at this point…
Give more opportunities for people to get points 
It is the same as the compensation we got for the servers that were down

The adequacy and value of these are irrelevant, because the required task was completed…
It is unfortunate and sad, but really not expecting this to change
Is it an award for people who have already leveled up certain Heroes?

Is it an enticement to get people to enhance certain Heroes?
[Unlikely, such a tiny award would not balance the cost of upgrading a Hero to Red.]
The award appears to be pointless.
