Count Olaf (unlikely concept)

Description: Count Olaf deceives enemies with his costumes, making them think he is on their side!

Quote: “you see, a scheme is like a fire. Everything must be in order for it to work. You need matches, torches, an angry mob that won’t listen to reason, and the right sort of kindling. Orphans, for instance, tied to a wooden stake.”

Entrance: Count Olaf walks into battle, removes his disguise, sees the enemy, and puts it back on quickly.

Victory: count Olaf laughs

Defeat: count Olaf’s disguise disappears, and he falls to the ground and cries

Stars: 1

Role: midline control

Basic attack: count Olaf sings, dealing normal damage.

White skill: “look away” fantastic damage
Passive: count Olaf’s basic attacks gives 1 stack of “deceive” to enemies.
Active: count Olaf sings, dealing x damage initially, and dealing x damage per stack of “deceive”

Green skill: “no one knows”
Count Olaf starts battle invisible for 7 seconds. When he is invisible, his allies reflect all debuffs, giving them back to the enemy team. When he becomes visible, all enemies gain three stacks of “deceive”

Blue skill: “the best actor”
Count Olaf does an act, cleansing all allies of all debuffs, giving his allies 4 stacks of hardy, and healing them for x health.
The heal has a chance to fail if allies are above level x

Purple skill: “orphan cruelty” fantastic damage
After count Olaf uses “the best actor”, he appears to be on the enemy team for 13 seconds. While this skill is active, enemies cannot target count Olaf, he dodges all full team debuffs, and deals x extra fantastic damage to enemies with his basic attacks.

Red skill: “deceiver”
“Look away” now “blinds” enemies for 7 seconds.
Blinded enemies have a chance to miss attacks. If they miss an attack, they deal their basic damage to themself, and are stunned for 5 seconds.
+x health
+x damage dealt by “look away”
+x armor

Count Olaf and emperor zurg
Count Olaf is walking around the city and sees a mysterious figure sneaking up on buzz lightyear.
Extra fighters: buzz, quackerjack, and Dr. Drakken
Abilities: “blind” caused by “look away” lasts 2 seconds longer.
Stars: “blind lasts .5 seconds longer per star.
Appearance:

Count Olaf and bolt
Count Olaf sees a dog in the park, but the dog can talk. Noticing bolt can talk, Count Olaf decides to teach him how to sing.
Allies: Shego, Ian lightfoot, and Ariel.
Abilities: Instead of every 3 basic attacks, Count Olaf cleanses 1 ally of all debuffs every 5 basic attacks.
Stars: 1 more ally per star.
Appearance: music notes on a music sheet

I need a red skill name and friend disc appearances. Any ideas?

Where does he go? Does he just disappear without any actual animation?

Because the amount of seconds never changes regardless of the level of the skill, this needs to be a specific number
Also, you need a fail chance

Purple skill are always passive effects
And again, “x” needs to be one specific number

Same issue, needs to be one number

You are also missing what the disks do

It’s x seconds because, in a likely concept, per blue will decide

  1. Although PB may take inspiration from concepts every now and again, this is still just your concept. You should still give set time value for the skills themselves instead of just leaving it open to interpretation for the sake of something that may or may not actually happen.
  2. You yourself said that this is an unlikely concept anyways, so what would it matter what PB would do if this was a likely concept?
