Consistently for at least the last 2 months I do not receive my Creep Surge rewards until usually 1- 2 hours after I receive the automated message that they are available. Today I’m still waiting almost 4 hours for my rewards. This is now getting annoying.

I believe this problem has been around for a while now.

You need to restart the game to get Surge rewards, after the previous Surge ended.
I play on my phone. So I’m always having to restart when I open the app. I’m not an idiot.
I never even shaded a hint of me saying that. But my experiences with phone are that you can sometimes return to the game without restarting. Besides I play on more servers and I need to restart THERE to get the rewards for that account. That or wait for the next surge to end.
Happens to me all the time with only ONE account out of four. The other 3 are fine, giving the reward 15 mins after Creep Surge ended for the day.
The only account that is not doing this has delays in Arena and Coli with updated new positions after fights and Google-Play log ins.

Yes. We’ve spent a lot of time looking into this and haven’t tracked down what’s causing it. We added some additional logging with the update today that should help us.
