How exactly does cursed work? Is it passive, activated, the receiver, the giver, first in line at time of activation, random? All help is welcome!
Cursed has only, as far as I know, one purpose: to hinder healing.
At first, it stops all healing, down to 0%, but now it only reduces all healing by 50%. For example, Sulley heals for 80,000 HP, if he is Cursed and he tries to heal, he will only heal for 50% or 40,000 HP.
