Did PB change the amount of CW resets you can have to 10?
You both probably got CW resets from arena/coli challengers weekly rewards.

Yeah it was probably a reward as this has happened to me previously. Guild perks do provide resets sometimes also but not this many 
These are rewards from PVP challengers, enjoy! Be sure to use them quick as they won’t generate while you are at above max (2).

From the challenger divisions.

somewhat off topic, but once you enter challengers, you never leave it right?
That’s a good question. I actually don’t know but I assume that it’s just like the other divisions where if you don’t attack for several days you get demoted.
Exactly this. Inactivity is the only way to be demoted, but it will get you demoted.
