@Loutre Is there any talk about doing something about dead accounts and guilds?
Especially with all these merges doing some kind of retiring or shelving of these would help a lot i think.
You can send a message to support and we can possibly help with the inactive accounts in your guild.
Not at all what i meant, i can kick those. But the servers are all full of dead accounts and guilds full of dead accounts.
If you retire those, it cleans up guild searches, cleans up the servers, and could help the longevity of the game.
If your concerned about that. After the recent announcement im concerned pb is going to pull a dragon souls on me again.
Not sure what you mean in the last part as Disney Heroes is not going anywhere we have things in progress for the new year and it’s very exciting.
With the server merges we have planned for next month the inactive accounts/guilds won’t be moving over unless we receive a support ticket to consolidate them (which would then no longer make them inactive accounts).
So what does PB consider a dead account?
We have accounts in guilds on s18 that have been inactive over 2 years.
Support can help you with this if a ruler and all active staff members are inactive. If you are an officer or champion in the guild you can claim the crown after 7+ days of staff inactivity.
