Yep, with maxed out disks and red skills, EVE can deal a 44 second stun
Yep, sadly its only once and Evasion exist so it ruins the 44 seconds stun potential.
Just saying, Syndrome has an over 90 seconds stun potential with Evil Queen, Launchpad and Magica disk

Wait, what?
Oh yeah! Launchpad (I don’t remember which disk) increases the stun of control heroes! Combined with EQ (Ga) would be a 185% stun time increase for control heroes. (I think.)

Name the skills! But there’s a catch, they’re all from my concepts!

When X gains a shield all enemies are blinded for 4 and X gains armor.
-
X saps enemies for 10 seconds, blinds them for 7 seconds and does X damage to them.
3a) X grants allies 30 energy for every second they has 1+ stacks of hardy.
3b) They also grant allies X skill power whenever they preforms a basic attack.
