I have a question, now with the upgrade to Lock, Shock and Barrel. Is it better to put purple skill mods on it to take advantage of those drops in Tenacity and Evasion, than 4 HP?

Rose is actually a great counter to use against Jack.
Pegasus also works.

Negaduck, Pegasus, Rose, and Kuzco are so extremely beyond broken that it’s kind of unfair to compare anyone else in the game to them right now. I’m honestly unsure how to rank them among themselves, except that Negaduck isn’t first and Rose isn’t last, but they’re definitely the top four currently, and probably as far above fifth place as the fifth place hero would be above 25th.
