I left this game a few years ago because of the balancing and my heavy investment on Ralph, I see him in S tier… Has the miracle finally happened? Is he finally good?

My suggestion would be to extend the other way - ‘plus’ tiers can become confusing. Why not create an F tier at the bottom, that way most of the list can shift down a bit and S tier retains it’s exclusivity
