I’m a bit late to say this, but welcome! It’ll be good to see you around. You seem fun. 
Having heroes at a high promotion level just means you’ve been around a while (usually upwards of several months, depending on spending). You’d be surprised at how many people that high up couldn’t build a decent team if their life depended on it. Speaking from mid challengers here.
Given his positioning in battle, that isn’t exactly as easy as it sounds sometimes.
