Unlocked Basil yesterday or on Saturday… Would you guys recommend using him and powering him up?
Yes, if you put him with Barbossa (Ti) with his red skill he can spam his active. Although he can be interrupted quite easily so it’s hard for him to throw his darts. Also his dodge is honestly the worst in the game. 15 second CD for a 12 second study!? That’s just bad. And his disk is too situational.
So for him to really be good he needs protection and other studiers. But hey, I haven’t used him yet so this is just what I think.
