Used him and agree with your statement, as new toon he is very underpowered.
Situational… to no situation. Nobody use silence-r, and there’s too many ways to reduce and block it.
I hope @Polaris will pass something further to improve Basil.

As it’s pointless to release anything new when Mulan, Tron, Jumba, Pleakley and (PVP) Hades will anyway dominate game modes.
New toons must be at the same level of the others. Just look at King Louie, Basil and Goliath; losers.

Well Goliath isn’t a loser, he is actually the new beast

debatable. Beast can go invincible, Goliath just goes into a state where he can’t do anything but stand there uselessly.

And when that is done he roars and deals damage, I forgot if it’s how much damage he was dealt or just a random amount
Most of time he do 0 damage because enemies are too far, his range of white skill is really poor, smaller than Megavolt’s purple skill.
I think of it like this.
If you compare Mulan, Jumba, Pleakley and Tron to Basil, Louie and Goliath they are going to crush them like bugs.

Megavolt is good if you have a support, but I can agree that Goliath’s white skill is pretty weak sometimes

And as said, the game balance is falling from extreme useless to extreme MUST-HAVE, it’s just stupid, no idea who tests no toons, maybe nobody.
