Diamond Crate Error?

Whenever I try to buy a diamond crate, the crate opens but says I don’t have enough diamonds and I don’t get a prize. I press x and it says it will be delivered to me as soon as it’s ready? But nothing happens.

I have 201 diamonds needed to purchase it; does it say I don’t have enough because I have less than the regular value of 280?

It’s not my connection. All other crates work.

Did this happen to anyone else? I don’t know how to report it if it is a glitch so what should I do? Thanks

On the main screen click on you character avatar, then click on support, then click on the envelope icon at the top. This is how you report issues like this.
It’s a good idea to send them screenshots of things like the message you are receiving and make sure you give them as much information as possible.
