Did not receive purchase due to bug

I recently tried to purchase the 2 4.99 stamina deals and everytime I purchased and said purchase complete I was disconnected and my account was rolled back before I made my purchase so the stamina deal was still up and I figured it did not go through then because the same deal was up. Well by the third time of buying them and being rolled back I realized the server was bugged. so I started to Panic and get a sinking feeling so I asked my wife if any charges went through on our credit card and their was the x6 4.99 charges And I have nothing I purchased due to the server being bugged and being rolled back 3 times.

@polaris tysm for everything you and the team has done to make this right! As a very popular gamer I love to see when a company pin points a problem and thoughtfully apologizes! I received my money back and have Received the deals I was supposed to receive with a heartfelt And quite amazing message as an apology! I know we have had our moments and our struggles throughout the years. But after this , you have not only restored my faith in perblue you have also restored my confidence that you guys have grown a lot and this game has a bright future ahead of us all! I will be posting the message below so that everyone that has made me one of the top players in the game knows how much you all have bettered yourselves to make the community feel safer! I received the deals I purchased and received my money back for the deals I did not receive. Really happy with how per blue has handled this situation!

Not so happy with the way they handled my situation. I received the diamonds but not the stamina. I turned in another ticket. No word yet on what will happen. I’m on server 2 also.

If you sent in a ticket, we’ll be able to verify it in the logs and send you what’s still missing.
