Didn't Get Purchased Chest

I don’t know rather to go here out through Google Play. But I purchased the Crate Solo Deal with 1,084 red and yellow chest, 330 diamonds and 150 VIP rings. As I was opening them, my phone was having connection issues, so I restarted my game, when I went back in, my items had disappeared, and it still showing the Crate Solo Deal in the Events.
