Hello, actually I have this problem. I didn’t receive the guild boxes, even though we won.
Our guild rank up from platinum to challenger and I was joined more than 24 hours. Maybe around 1day and half. Do you know what might be the problem??
Did you join before the Sabotage phase began or during the Sabotage phase? Remember that Guild War is really 48 hours/2 days. There’s 24 hours for Sabotage and another 24 hours for Battle. You’d need to be there before the Sabotage phase began.

This basically means that you are not eligible to get war crates as you yourself stated that you joined “more than 24 hours (ago)”. But as the player above says, you actually need to join more than 48 hours ago, before the sabotage phase for the war you “won” started.
If you were able to participate - it´s an issue. If you couldn´t then rightly so you were not eligible to get any war crates.
