I have a question: why are there incompetent people in technical support who, instead of somehow understanding the problem, immediately blame the players?
Could you at least show the response? Because this is kind of gossiping publicly about support without an evidence for your words.

this post is not written for you, so skip the topic. representatives of the game, if they want to figure it out, they will raise my requests to technical support and look.
This is written on a public forum that is mostly, if sometimes not only, inhabited by players.
If you have a problem with Support, telling them directly to their faces is probably going to get you more of a response than whatever you are doing here.

yeah this was pretty much what I thought of… why trash on Support here instead of writing the stuff directly at them… like what this post is meant to achieve even?
