Disk power needs a bump

With the level caps rising and the amount of disk power needed increasing per level, it’s gotten ridiculous. Heists still only give 4500 disk power and that’s been stagnant for far too long. Missions give 100 each after hours of waiting. When you need 1.5 million just to level a single one to max, it’s near impossible to gain enough.

We need to find a way to increase the amount of disk power generated. Maybe increase the amount in heists. More as rewards in invasion or more often showing up in contests (I, along with many guildmates are flooded with mod power and have no disk power). Base the amount from missions on character/player level. Just something.

People have been complaining about the lack of disk power for years, and the situation has not gotten any better. I’m convinced that the new Friendship Mission system, while superior to the older system in almost every other way, does yield less disk power (at least for regular players), and I haven’t noticed it increasing in any other areas of the game. I’m not even asking for enough to max all my heroes, but having enough to max the disks on, say, 5 or 6 heroes would be a dream come true.

Until PerBlue does decide to increase the supply in some way (which, I fear, seems unlikely), I would at least like the option to “sell back” disk power from disks I’m not using anymore, even if we just get back 50% of what we originally spent. That would at least provide us with another source of disk power, as well as making it easier to decide to upgrade newer disks since we would know we could get some of it back at a later time.

Yah a few resources haven’t been constantly updated (on each cap raise) and they fall behind.

On-going: Port and trials

Lagging: Heist, invasion, war, friendship tokens

I’m not sure why they don’t add another level to heist each cap raise like port/trials.

It would be nice if we could get more yellow badge bits too. To go to like level 5 battle badge is like 6,000 bits.

Yah one more thing I thought of too, yellow XP pots. It’s Yellow 4 and there aren’t new XP pots!

PB just doesn’t want to release port events and without that players are lacking of XP drinks.

Not sure if they want us to leave the game or what… but it’s just bad.

Heists take too long and don’t give enough rewards. So many resources are lacking in this game cuz they would rather force us to buy their joke deals.

Ppl wrote more then once about that, and after ppl complain about that problem there have been patches.
But instead of rework on older heros, or changing the chef, they just bring new heros to buy for…

They passed the concern on to the dev team, that is about the most that can happen from a forum post.

Unless your going to start some petition or organize a protest.

Protesting seems like a lot of effort though.

Well, we can also give more information on why we think more disk power is needed, or offer suggestions on ways to increase the supply. They could make some guild perks that award disk power, and address two problems with one change, for example.

Exactly can either be part of a set of new consumable guild perks or can be part of new guild contest perks that increase winnings/earnings by 20, 25, and 30% etc (or both).
