Hello guys and sry for the stupid question but: do i need to have both heroes involved in firiendship to have disk’s boost and powerups?
And bonuses written in the left (om frienship page) are added on whole team? Only on the main hero of the frienship? Or on both?

No, once you have the disk, as long as it’s equipped you get the bonus.
They are added to the character the disk is equipped to, unless it specifically states that it gives bonuses to others.

Another question: how many disks can i equip on a single hero? I saw there are many heroes with more than 1 friendship, so with more than 1 disk.
one per character is all
And can i choose between 2 disks which one i want to use? (I know it’s a stupid question but you never know)
Yes, once you unlock them you can freely switch between them at any time.

One example is Elastigirl, she has 2 friendships, Jack-Jack and Vanellope.

Once you finish the Elastigirl-JJ Campaign, you unlock the Drool’s Errand Disc

Once you finish the Elastigirl-Vanellope Campaign, you unlock the Tough Cookie Disc.
You can choose freely between the Discs, you can switch between them any time, and you can unequip them.
