Zip physically appears in Chip & Dale’s Green Skill, so he can’t be added as a character to the game since he’s already apart of another heroes’ skills.

Actually, no.

Tarzan was a book first, and the rights to Tarzan have long since gone back to the author’s family. Copyright for Tarzan will expire eventually though.

I think Mufasa and Zazu is the best choice, they should add them as a tribute to James Earl Jones (the original voice of Mufasa), and as a promotion to Mufasa: The Lion King (the prequel to the 2019 version of the movie).
