Instead of how the refreshed hero was on day one— as it’s refresh elimination, not hero itself only.

Only her refresh included nerfs, and lowest ever buffs, 3% more HP…
She didn’t come back to meta, she only got worse.
While Maui returned briefly to being used after his refresh.

I still believe Finnick’s was the worst.

Time to present my argument
WALL-E refresh exists. It was certainly worse than Kim’s from what I know.
No jack sparrow refresh is so Much worst
In the long run, yes. But when it happened it was pretty OP, but it has been power crept like most old refreshes.
WALL-E’s didn’t even bring him back to meta if I remember correctly.
