Honest question: was Jessieās refresh considered good? I feel like I see almost no one ever talk about her and her refresh, and yet sheās still in this game.

25 from purple, 40 from Disk.
Oh, Iām dumb. I thought it was 50 from purple but thatās the healing from purple and 35 from disk but thatās before the refresh.
It seemed to me, 85% it seemed quite broken and illogical that something like that is not A/S tier
65% It is strong but I think it would lack a little more of armor/reality negation (Also Jessie have nice evasion and tenacity)
Jessie is very strong, high A tier
Itās got nothing to do with the dodge though, Buzz disk is much better

For me Simba refresh should be kicked next, it was failure, nothing was fixed.
It can be situative. Her buff stealth is weak, but sometimes she has a chance to steal invincibility or reflect. Her skill numbers got buffed, but slightly, stat buffs are no longer viable, and Judy disk buffs are worthless when itās Buzzās disk which unlocks her devastating start. So, her refresh is pretty bad, not the worst, but bad.

Can we all agree that Mim should win this? I donāt know how she was before her refresh, but sheās fantastic now
Madam Mim, Darkwing, Shank and Tia Dalma all had extremely successful refreshes. So any of them works as a winner for me
