I can kinda get you on the last one, but the first two of this list are pure trash. The movie studios that is trying to be funny. Trying way way too hard. Certainly with Emperor’s New Groove, it is all to visible Disney was trying way too hard.
Yeah, it was a sad part, the Second Dark Age of Disney. Luckily we are currently in Revival Era and we left that behind us!

It’s not even that it’s bad. It’s just fine. That’s the problem with a lot of movies. They’re never good or bad. Just so… fine.
Most Disney Princess movies are indeed quite good. First three are outdated, but that’s just because they’re that old. So let me take your comment just as a kind of compliment 
I wouldn’t say many, but there are good movies even in Second Dark Age. Brother Bear is still quite good and has some (Late) Renaissance vibes and I quite liked Lilo and Stitch.
But I think that’s about it…
Most movies of current era are great:

- Big Hero 6
- Wreck-it-Ralph and Ralph Breaks the Internet
- Moana
- Zootopia
- Winnie the Pooh (2011)
- Raya and the Last Dragon
All very good movies, very enjoyable! (Haven’t seen Encanto yet, but I assume will continue to be good)
Revival era ended on Frozen II, Raya started the new era imo
What’s the name of this new era? 
Until we get more movies, just like Revival era, it’ll be called the Modern era for now
