In the end I think Syndrome had the harshest death in Disney Villain HISTORY
He was definitely up there. But Scar was ruthlessly eaten alive. I can’t imagine how that felt.
Being sucked in a turbine is brutal but fast. Scar, Ursula, Maleficent and some others had to suffer longer.
I mean Scar’s death is also brutal, eaten alive by his own companions. Ursula and Maleficent were both stabbed to death. Ursula was actually able to handle the strike of lightning.
Honestly I think syndrome has the most tragic Backstory of the Disney villains. He wanted to join Mr. Incredible, got rejected, and then rebelled to become Mr. Incredibles worst nightmare! It’s a perfect backstory!

Mother Gothel: Indirectly killed thousands of people over the years, by not bing willing to share her flower, even for money.
Yzma: Indirectly killed all of those guards that were transformed into animals (except the cow), also killed the Royal Dresser.
Oogie Boogie killed one bug-like creature, was going to kill Santa and Sally.
Mim…I remember her killing a flower while demonstrating her powers to Arthur.
