DSA got Raya and Cruella, Mirrorverse got Jungle Cruise, Emoji… basically everything new, Kingdom got Raya and Luca.
Only DHBM got nothing from recent movies… what is going on?

Probably not. The only currently datamined characters are nowhere close to “new”
My guess is that PerBlue didn’t get an early screening of the recent movies…

Both Soul and Raya are long enough to complete hero process cycle.
Cruella obviously would be from the original, but just released around her new movie.
So that only works for Luca… well, here they don’t need to rush, but Soul, Raya, and Cruella? 
Is there an explanation for his arm?
