Disney NPCs in the City

The City has always been an expansive metropolis where our Disney Heroes (and an occasional bad guy) fight to stop an unknown virus from corrupting others with a seemingly endless army of Creeps.

But the Friend Missions and Campaign make mention to other non-playable Heroes existing in this world as well, and this topic is to mention who those familiar faces could be… and also if they seem to be the real characters, or another cyber copycat of the original.

For example, instead of the Arena/Colosseum host (shown in the picture above, with the red hair), what if Yesss supervised the fights? She’s a character that thrives on and embodies ever changing trends, much like the various ranks and promotions.

And for just normal maps and various City locations, it could be just about anyone. A family that stands out would definitely be the Greens. Having moved from the country into the big City, they’d be a welcomed addition. And seeing their farmhouse and Big City Coffee as a background would be exciting to see also.

The random people we already see in backgrounds can still be sprinkled around here and there, but this also begs the question… would these Disney NPCs be real? Or are they digital copies of the originals?

Does it include those that aren’t NPC’s in the game, but are mentioned in the Friend Missions?

@HeroSSWin Yep! For example, several Friend Missions (ex. Calhoun and Felix, Dash and Violet) make mention of Remy having his own restaurant. A perfect opportunity to show either Remy on his own or Remy with Linguini in the background of the restaurant.

Plus since they are all NPCs, this can include villains as well! Nothing wrong with seeing a digital Skinner, Cruella, or even Frollo watching the Heroes battle Creeps.

Also non playable characters would be really cool just to be able to see all these people that you recognise in the background.

True but at the same time it might make people think these characters are gonna be added at some point. I met one kid who thought kim possible was gonna be added soon because of the kimmucater badge.

@Champion_David That’s very true, but it could also just mix up our expectations for who will be present as Heroes or background character. Plus, while playable Heroes will be teased and announced like they’ve been doing (ex. with Stitch, Merida, and Maui), I imagine we won’t know who will be a background character until they just appear in game.

Personally, I’d love to see Kim in game, especially as a playable Hero!

XD true it would be interesting to make them second guess ourselves… And they could be creative in conflating the characters into the back ground. It also could make people pay more attention to the game lvls while they play. Very interesting

I have no idea who Kim possible is (I’ve seen her picture and is that her smile or a mustache study it carefully I think it’s a mustache! XD) is she in a Tv show or a movie?

NPC #1: Baymax

I found this when the “Buttoned Up” Mission of Ralph and Vanellope before leveling up to Level 3, Update 2.

Note that it says:

"BAYMAX offers some tape. HE uses it all the time for patchwork. Unfortunately, it’s not quite sturdy enough.

NPC #2: Timon and Pumba

I found this when Nick and Yax’s Friendship was level 12, unlocking the Mission “Conspiracy Yax”, their conversation goes like this:

It says:

Yax: Hakuna matata, my friend!
Nick: Hakuna-ma-whata?
Yax: Oh, it’s a new expression I learned from a meerkat and a warthog. It means "no worries."

NPC #3: Cinderella’s Mice Friends

I found this when I fully leveled up the “Buttoned Up” Mission of Ralph and Vanellope to level 5.

The Update says:

“A group of mice tell Ralph that they can help, and sew the new button on. It’s perfect!”

It might be these group of mice from Cinderella:

NPC #4: Madame Armoire

Found this out when leveling up the “Fashion Plate” Mission of Elastigirl and Vanellope.

It says:

"After several unsuccessful store visits, Elastigirl decides to take Vanellope to MADAME ARMOIRE’S for some custom tailoring.

For those who don’t know who “Madame Armoire” is, she’s the cabinet in the film “The Beauty and the Beast.” Still don’t know her? Here’s a picture!
