I have no idea who Kim possible is (I’ve seen her picture and is that her smile or a mustache study it carefully I think it’s a mustache! XD) is she in a Tv show or a movie?
TV show… Kim Possible is in a show called Kim Possible.

Note that it says:

NPC #2: Timon and Pumba
I found this when Nick and Yax’s Friendship was level 12, unlocking the Mission “Conspiracy Yax”, their conversation goes like this:
It says:
Yax: Hakuna matata, my friend!
Nick: Hakuna-ma-whata?
Yax: Oh, it’s a new expression I learned from a meerkat and a warthog. It means "no worries."

NPC #3: Cinderella’s Mice Friends
I found this when I fully leveled up the “Buttoned Up” Mission of Ralph and Vanellope to level 5.
The Update says:
“A group of mice tell Ralph that they can help, and sew the new button on. It’s perfect!”

NPC #4: Madame Armoire
Found this out when leveling up the “Fashion Plate” Mission of Elastigirl and Vanellope.
It says:
"After several unsuccessful store visits, Elastigirl decides to take Vanellope to MADAME ARMOIRE’S for some custom tailoring.
For those who don’t know who “Madame Armoire” is, she’s the cabinet in the film “The Beauty and the Beast.” Still don’t know her? Here’s a picture!

I actually just saw a character from finding dory in the background of a port lvl. I didn’t screenshot it cuz this stupid tablet doesn’t have that ability but it was in the last lvl of felix’s and frozone’s friend campaign number 6. You know the derpy faced seal in finding dory? Is his name gerald? any way he was there!
Edit:Gerald is also mentioned in the friendship campaign of dash and vanelope. Episode 4 chapter 4

Dug from UP is mentioned in vanelope and dash’s friendship mission: homework thief! Again I can’t screen shot thanks to this tablet.

The best thing about the Disney NPC idea, is that it doesn’t have to be limited to only characters mentioned in Friend Missions and Campaigns… though, it does make them likely candidates for sure!
With such a rich history and following as Disney, there’s so much potential for who or what we could see! Even if they seem to be digital copies of the originals… or are they originals to begin with?

I haven’t completed the Homework Thief Mission yet, so I don’t know what is the content/easter eggs there. But, I’ll look it up maybe sometime, I’ll screenshot as much as possible about the Friend Missions.

Found this out when leveling up the “Laser Focus” Mission of Jack-Jack and Vanellope
It says:

Aww! It would be so cute to see Timon and Pumba become a playable character. It would be cuter if they’re duo heroes (like sulley and the girl -what’s her name?-) and Timon is on Pumba’s back like in the movies.
