No, but Reed could have been in the show and this show could be the foundation for when he first appears. I have a feeling he’ll show up before Sue, Johnny and Ben do anyway.
Every member may be set up in a different show and then they finally appear together in a movie. Idk, I’m just really hyped for them to appear.

I do not think it will be as good (or important to the MCU as a whole) as WandaVision or Loki but I am still excited… also another show to talk about!
Disney has also announced what is coming in the next few months so that will be fun.

Guess I’m one of the first ones to watch the first episodes… Here’s what I think:
(Not seen it yet so this is opinions not spoilers)
I feel they should both be Captain America, Bucky as The Captain (Barnes) (Cap B if you like) and Sam as The American Falcon, it just feels nice that way
Like the soldier and the symbol both live on (I know they’re both soldiers, but one has wings and makes a pretty big statement flying around!)
FatWS isn’t as good as WandaVision but it’s still really enjoyable.

He’s a character from the comics called John Walker, aka U.S. Agent. There’s no way he’ll live up to Steve’s legacy.
Nope nope nope. It would make far more sense for only to continue on the legacy so it’ll be interesting to see who Marvel ends up going with. It will most likely be Sam as Steve wanted him to continue the legacy but it could also be Bucky if he wants the mantle or even Sharon Carter if they go that route.
Called it. Looking forward to watching later.

shes confirmed to have a role in Hawkeye playing kate bishop. I love this actor and I’m so glad she got the role, as it is well deserved, and I now cannot picture anyone else as kate.

First episode of Falcon & The Winter Soldier, let’s goooo! I am so hyped to talk about it.
So Slinky is right, it’s not as dramatic or even funny as WandaVision was but it actually has more of a grounded psychological drama feel about it. The scene in the trailer sort of showed it already but it expands so much more on it.
More of a simple detail, I guess but how I love how it felt so much like a movie. The hour long episodes make this show so much more cinematic.
Seeing Bucky’s past and how he deals with it is amazing. He’s so broken knowing how he’s responsible for so many deaths even the old guy’s son which honestly shocked me.
Sam’s family. Yeah, they had to sell their boat which was sad but it gave him so much more of a realistic background like how he has always had in the comics. And also, continuing the Air Force and government struggles like how he was shown doing all the way back to The Winter Soldier.
The return of Batroc. Batroc was such a awesome and fun villain in TWS and is much more intriguing in the comics so seeing him return was amazing. Also the Flag-Smashers being a terrorist group provided such a crazy parallel to what we’ve seen in recent months, the show just gives you a lot to think about because it’s so real, almost uncomfortably so at times.
Skipping the Bad, cause there is none
The Flag-Smashers group is a great reference to the Flag-Smasher, who’s a underrated Captain America villain. I thought it was just a great reference to some of the deep history of Captain America and his rogues’ history.
Falcon’s suit has more red on it now, which I think is a subtle homage to his original costume. Every movie he’s been getting more red in the suit and now it’s a full on costume. Bucky also has more blue like his original costume.
Overall, 10/10 episode. Love this so much so far. Hope it gets even better.
Just watched it and gotta say yawn, like I thought Wandavision was a let down but this! Wow I could’ve nodded off!

These shows are great. Obviously not for everyone since they’re the TV equivalent to R rated but censored and cleaned up a little, they’re great. I would love to see them have their own Disney Plus series actually.
