In my opinion, the Infinity Gaunlet is one of most powerful weapon in the universe. The universe can be yours to control with a mere snap of the fingers. We all know that Thanos wanted to wipe out half of life. But what if another villain got their hands on the gaunlet and collected the infinity stones?
I would like to kick off this Villantines celebration with a question:
If a Disney Villain got their hands on the Infinity Gauntlet and collected the Infinity Stones, what would they use it for?
They’d probably won’t have a chance to use it since it does hurt them severely, possibly dying from it. (as seen with Hulk and Iron-man.)
But, if they were able to use it, bad stuff, that’s why they’re villains.
Lets Think about what you said for a second.
We are talking about several powerful witches, ths most powerful being on Earth who is also a genie with PHENOMENAL COSMIC POWER (sorry, couldn’t resist), an immortal god of death and a witch doctor with connections with the voodoo underworld to name a few.
Your saying there is not a snowballs chance in heck that they would not be able to use the gaunlet?

Thanos could only survive holding the gauntlet for that long because he’s a Titan and is naturally stronger. Any of the Disney villains would die instantly from holding it. Tony was only able to briefly hold the stones because his suit could absorb some of the power and Hulk could only hold it because of the gamma radiation.
There is no way any Disney villain could survive the gauntlet let alone do anything with it.
I mean Hades might be able to since he is an immortal god
Chernabog might be able to as well since he is a devil-like creature and could possibly be immortal. And he would be strong enough to hold it
I reject your assertion that magic wouldn’t allow a human to wield it. If Scarlet Witch can do her thang then I would put Evil Queen and Jafar up to devising a way.
Thanos being a Titan; just a race of space alien, he did a bunch of sciencey stuff and a plague and some possible mutant undertones to kind of fill in the gaps of his power but nothing there that would set him apart from Disney Villains level of scheming.
Maleficent being fey would allow her to wield it,
Ursula is a mer-woman? Or some kind of Lovecraftian elder god,
Oogie is … an evil spirit manifest in a cohesion of bugs,
Zurg is a robot,
Jumba and Pleakly are aliens,
Randall is a monster,
Davy has been immortally cursed and lives forever,
Hades is a God,
Scar is a lion ; 500 lbs, 7ft and already likes admiring his paw,
QoH is a magical ruler of a pocket dimension with Hulk-like strength,
Infinity Hook? He already lost his hand!!! 
Lots of Villains could/would find a way to wield the IG! What would they do with it? Same thing they did last night Pinky; try to take over the world!

Could possibly hold: oogie, evil queen, magica, Ursula, pink elephants, yzma, megavolt, tamatoa, Ernesto, horned king, syndrome
Could hold: hades, maleificent, chernabog, judge doom, jafar (genie), Davy Jones, faciler, turbo, Sanderson sisters, headless horseman
