Do you max out every badge before promoting?
You don’t have to Enhance your Badges to promote it. Just equip the 6 Badges and you’re good to Promote. Any Enhancements will be recompensated as SD Cards.

In fact, It is betyer not to enhance the m unless you gonna leave em at that color for a while.
